Nokia 6650 review, Flash Lite 3.0?!

Via AllAboutSymbian, a review of the Nokia 6650 which is an exclusive T-Mobile phone. It should be a Flash Lite 3.0 enabled phone based on the S60 information but the Forum Nokia site states it’s a Flash Lite 2.1 phone. Anyone?
