It looks like that the Nokia E71 which is Flash Lite 3.0 enabled supports Flash Video files playback in the standard media player.
If you look at the UA profile you can see the MIME: video/x-flv which indicated the support of this video type. This is outside Flash Video played from a Flash Lite application.
